  1. Admission Procedure:

a)      As per schedule prescribe by the Director technical education advertise published in new papers.

b)      On the schedule date the merit list has been displayed on notice board for the students. Time of one or two day has been provided for correction in merit list if any.

c)      Round of admission has been conducted as mention in the broacher provided by Director technical Education.

d)      Final admitted list and merit list has been approved by the Jt. Director Technical Education.  

9.     Refund of Fee:

The policy of refund of the fee, in case of withdrawal, should be clearly notified. As prescribe by Director Technical Education and Shikshan Shulk Samiti guidelines. As below

The candidate who has been provisionally admitted may cancel admission by submitting an application in duplicate, in the prescribed pro forma - M and may request for refund of fees. The refund of fees as applicable shall be made in due course. It is made clear that such application for cancellation will be considered if and only if the admission is confirmed by paying the prescribed tuition fee and other fees in full and by submitting the original documents. Refund shall be made after deduction of the cancellation charges as shown below:

1.                  In the event of a student/ candidate withdrawing before the starting of the course, the wait-listed candidates should be given admissions against the vacant seat.  The entire fee collected from the student, after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) shall be refunded and returned by the Institution to the student/candidate withdrawing from the programme. 

2.                  Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, the Institution must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions of monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, where applicable.

Note :  In case of candidates belonging to SC  / ST / VJ /  DT / NT-B / NT-C / NT-D / OBC/SBC who have secured a seat in Govt. or Govt. Aided Polytechnic, the amount specified above is  to  be  levied  on  the  candidates  as  cancellation  charges  on  cancellation  of admission before handing over the original certificates.
